Winter Family Dance Coordinator
January/February 2026
The Winter Family Dance Coordinator partners with the PTO Board to bring a memorable winter-themed event to life. This role blends organization and creativity, including:
- Supporting the planning and logistics for the Winter Family Dance.
- Acting as a liaison between vendors, volunteers, and the PTO Board.
- Assisting with décor themes, music, and family-friendly activities.
- Assisting with the promoting of the event.

Sponsorship Coordinator

The Sponsorship Coordinator plays a vital role in building community relationships and helping the PTO meet fundraising goals.
- Researching and identifying potential local business sponsors.
- Assisting with outreach and collecting sponsorship information or materials.
- Coordinating with the PTO Board to align sponsor benefits and acknowledgments.
- Maintaining a simple database of sponsor contacts and contributions.
